Christmas cookies

We all love Christmas, some people love it for the presents and family but most people love it for the fooood... Obviously there is a ton of food to eat on Christmas day but one of my favorites are the cookies. In class today and yesterday we talked about cookie making and decorating. I am no where near a professional decorator but I do think that i am not awful. I made a few different designs on a plate to represent the different types of decorating you can accomplish using a piping bag and some icing. I labeled a few of them, like the shell, star, rosette, and zig-zag.
